Pohjaeläintietoaineisto POHJE
Valtakunnallinen pohjaeläintietoaineisto sisältää vesiviranomaisten ja julkisen valvonnan alaisten vesitutkimuslaitosten pohjaeläinseurannoissa ja tarkkailuissa tuottamia pohjaeläinaineistoja sisä- ja rannikkovesistä, sekä Itämeren avomerialueilta. Lisäksi aineistoon voidaan tallentaa myös muiden tahojen tekemien pohjaeläintutkimusten tuloksia.
Aineisto sisältää paitsi pohjaeläinaineistoja myös näytteenoton suunnittelua sekä näytteenottoa ja näytteiden käsittelyä tukevia toimintoja kuten esitäytetyt maasto- ja määrityslomakkeet.
Aineistossa on vesistötarkkailuissa tavattavien Suomen makroskooppisten pohjaeläinlajien hierarkkinen taksonominen tietokanta.
Ympäristöhallinnon lisäksi aineiston käyttö- ja tallennusoikeuksia on mahdollista hakea myös ympäristöhallinnon ulkopuolisilla organisaatioilla kuten konsulteilla ja tutkimuslaitoksilla.
Aineistoon pääsee Hertta ja Avoin tieto -palveluiden kautta. Aineisto kuuluu SYKEn avoimiin aineistoihin (CC BY 4.0).

Tuotteen julkaisupäivän jälkeen tuotetut pohjaeläinaineistot. Resurssien mukaan tallennetaan myös keskeisimpiä vanhempia aineistoja.

Ympäristöhallinnon ja tutkimuslaitosten asiantuntijoiden käyttöön.

Zoobenthos information system - POHJE
The national zoobenthos information system contains benthic macrofauna data from environmental and statutory monitoring of inland and coastal waters, as well as open sea areas, produced by water and environmental authorities and publicly supervised water research institutes in Finland. In addition, results of benthic macrofauna surveys carried out by other parties can be stored in the system.
The system includes not only results of benthic macrofauna monitoring, but also support for sampling and sample handling, such as pre-filled field and analysis forms.
The database has a hierarchical taxonomic structure of macroscopic zoobenthos species found in Finland.
It is possible for organizations outside environmental administrations, such as consults and research institutes, to apply for rights to use and store data into the system.
The data is part of Syke's open access datasets (CC BY 4.0). The system can be accessed through the Hertta and Open data services.

All new and essential older zoobenthos data is stored in the system.
